الضمير تفتتح دورة تدريبية لطلبة جامعة الأمة حول حقوق الإنسان

افتتحت مؤسسة الضمير لحقوق الإنسان دورة تدريبية بعنوان "حقوق الإنسان الأساسية " في مطعم آدم بمدينة غزة استهدفت 30 طالب وطالبة من كلية العلوم الشرطية والقانون بجامعة الأمة للتعليم المفتوح، بواقع 24 ساعة تدريبية لمدة أربعة أيام متتالية، وتأتي هذه الدورة ضمن سلسلة من الدورات التي تستهدف طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية لنشر ثقافة حقوق الإنسان، بدعم وتمويل من قبل مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للديمقراطية NED):National Endowment For Democracy) .
وتمحورت الدورة في اللقاء الأول بتعريف عن فريق أصدقاء الضمير والحديث عن الشريعة الدولية من حيث مفهومها والإعلان العالمي للحقوق السياسية والمدنية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والطبيعة القانونية مع د. عبد الرحمن أبو خوصة .
و قد أشار الأستاذ علي شقورة في اللقاء الثاني إلى سيادة القانون واستقلال القضاء وآليات سن التشريعات
بينما تمحور اللقاء الثالث حول آليات رصد وتوثيق الانتهاكات مع أ. عدنان عوض و أ. عبد الرحيم صالح، وعن دور الإعلام في توعية وتعزيز ثقافة حقوق الإنسان مع أ. وليد طافش.
وفي اللقاء الأخير تحدث أ. نائل شلط عن أهمية انضمام فلسطين للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية الدائمة، وحماية المدنيين زمن النزاعات المسلحة.
وفي نهاية الدورة التدريبية تم مراجعة محاور الدورة والسماع للمتدربين ومعرفة وجهات نظرهم بكل محور من محاور الدورة .
