استقبلت جامعة الأمة للتعليم المفتوح في شمال غزة ، وفدا من أعضاء المجلس التشريعي من كتلة التغيير والإصلاح في محافظة شمال غزة .
وضم الوفد النائب في المجلس التشريعي الدكتور يوسف الشرافي والدكتور محمد شهاب والأستاذ مشير المصري والنائب جميلة الشنطي ، حيث كان في استقبال الوفد القائم بأعمال رئيس الجامعة الدكتور رأفت الهور والدكتور خالد عاشور والأستاذ محمود أبوندى والأستاذ حسام بارود مدير جامعة الأمة فرع الشمال .
من جهته عبر وفد نواب الشمال بجامعة الأمة والبرامج المميزة التي تقدمها الجامعة للطلبة بأنها متخصصة ومتنوعة وأن الطلبة بحاجة لمثل هذه التخصصات .
وتحدث الدكتور يوسف الشرافي عن ضروة دعم التعليم المفتوح مشيدا بأداء الجامعة الأكاديمي والإداري ومحاولة وترسيخ مبدأ التعليم المفتوح في قطاع غزة على أساس دعم الجامعات الخاصة لذلك .
وبدوره رحب القائم بأعمال رئيس الجامعة الدكتور رأفت الهور بالوافد الزائر لجامعة الأمة مشيدا بالدور الحقيقي الذي يقوم به المجلس التشريعي تجاه الشعب الفلسطيني وخاصة الدور المشهود للجنة التربية في المجلس التشريعي
واستعرض الهور مسيرة الجامعة على مدار الأعوام السابقة والرقي الذي حققته جامعة الأمة في فترة زمنية قصيرة بجهود كافة العاملين بالجامعة .
وفي نهاية الزيارة قدم الوفد درع تقدير لإدارة الجامعة .
